DRIVE MODE SETTINGS

Customize your driving experience with different drive modes.

In each mode, you’ll notice differences in steering, engine and transmission response, braking, air suspension control, instrument panel, and climate settings.

To pick a drive mode, press the mode selector in the center console just behind the ignition knob, rotate it to your preference, and press it again..

Comfort, the default mode, makes for a smooth driving and riding experience. The vehicle always starts in this mode.

Dynamic mode delivers a sportier drive, with higher engine speeds/revs before gear changes, special settings for Electronic Stability Control and the driver display, and disabled Auto Start/Stop

ECO prioritizes fuel economy with ECO Coast and Auto Start/Stop functions.

Off Road maximizes control at low speeds on rough roads or in difficult driving conditions. It raises the chassis on models with pneumatic suspension

You can also set an Individual mode, which is a custom mode for your preferred steering suspension, braking characteristics, and engine modes. Tap the white bars at the top of the Sensus screen and go to Settings > My Car > Individual Drive Mode and check the box.
